[Bug] Unresponsive after Restart
Steps to reproduce: Start recording Click “Restart” Then click “stop recording”
Export speed didn't change after upgrade to Premium plan
The export speed remain the same as before(free plan), a 3 min video takes at least 15 minutes to render and export is toooooo slow, it’s not a 3d render or something. Is there any reason for that? is it something about my setting or what? thank you!
Rendering Issues
Works great, but even on a super good PC - it sometimes takes ages for 4K if its 20min +, and once it gets to 100% just freezes and never completes So all my long stuff I gotta render out at 1080p or 2K Hope you guys can fix this!! Everything else is sick tho
Unable to subscribe with the monthly option
I’ve been trying to purchase the software for one month, and it doesn’t do anything after I click on the button. I’ve updated my card information in stipe too.
Integrated camera support

Screen Recording Display options
It would be great to be able to choose which screen you would like to record.
[Complaint] I can't export videos
After editing videos, I try to export, but it just stays on 0% for a very long time. Any fix?
Edit / cut videos
After recording, need the ability to edit videos (i.e. create video splits, delete splits, etc).
[Suggestion] Changing the watermark position and content might be better
Thank you to the developers for creating such a practical software—the results are quite impressive. However, the top watermark feels rather odd. I suggest: Replace it with the product logo + product name Position the watermark in any of the four corners
Allow Animated Cursor to Appear Outside the Video Frame
When recording screen interactions (especially in browsers), scrolling is typically done by dragging the scrollbar located at the far right edge of the screen. Issue: When the cursor is used to scroll via the scrollbar, the animated cursor gets cut off at the edge of the video. This seems to happen because the animated cursor is restricted to the visible area of the video, and any movement beyond that boundary is not shown, even though that edge is a common interaction zone like the scrollbar. This becomes more noticeable when padding and a background are added around the video. The animated cursor still appears to be bound to the original recording area. As a result, the cursor gets clipped at the edge of the recording box, not the full visual frame that includes the padding and background. Expected Behavior: The animated cursor, should be able to: Visually move beyond the captured video area so that it remains visible even when interacting with UI elements near the edges, like the scrollbar. Be visible on top of the entire frame, including the padding and background, instead of being limited to the video content only.
