Feature Request

Hello,

The feature Im waiting for most is integrated camera support so I can record myself. any expected release date for the camera feature?

    I downloaded Motion Setup 1..12.2. When I tried to record with microphone and camera the Start Recording kept cycling. I did not start recording.

    Hello Justin, this is Pablo from Motion.

    This is Motion’s most requested feature, and right now is #1 on the priority list. A website redesign was just recently launched to help improve future branding, which slowed down the release of the camera feature.

    I’m currently working on it as fast as I can as this update would include: camera support, system audio, microphone audio and subtitles; while I unfortunately don’t have a specific date, I would say 3-4 weeks, maybe even a month just because it is a big update.

    I will be personally letting you know through this request once the update has been published.
